At Eastwood, we turn the rushed and hectic pace often demanded from wedding weekends into what it should be: A joyful and memorable celebration with friends and family. We accomplish this through a very simple policy: We host only one wedding per weekend and a limited number of weddings per year. To be precise, we do exactly the opposite of what most wedding venues do – we avoid placing unrealistic time constraints on our clients thus allowing them the freedom to take care of all of their last-minute wedding details well before their wedding day.
So, what does this mean to our brides and grooms? It means our clients have the luxury of being our exclusive guests for their entire wedding weekend. That means they can expect to have access to the site on Friday for set up and Sunday for takedown. They have the flexibility to enjoy access to all of our venues including our three beautiful gardens, grand front lawn and our lovely, climate controlled barn for their ceremony and reception. It means that we will work to help alleviate that “stressful, time constrained” style of wedding. We actually encourage brides and bridesmaids to bring their dresses, shoes, veils, jewelry and everything essential to their wedding day prep, at least the day before the wedding – if not earlier. We recommend that our groom and his groomsmen drop their tuxes and stock the refrigerator with their favorite beverages and snacks early so that on wedding day, they are free to enjoy their time together however they want. We want to help make things go as smoothly as possible for everyone involved. This is a unique wedding experience that only Eastwood offers and it’s what defines our successful client relationships.
In addition to being our one and only couple for the weekend, we allow our clients the freedom to secure their preferred vendors such as caterers, photographers and entertainment of their choosing. Alternatively, if you’d like recommendations, we can supply you with a convenient list of local vendors with whom we have worked and can attest to their quality and professionalism. We truly believe that every wedding should be as special and unique to the bride and groom as they are to each other.

The Nitty Gritty
Aside from Eastwood’s exclusivity and that highly coveted flexibility, we also include:
- The use of our bridal and in-law suites
- A separate and perfectly styled groom’s suite
- Access to Eastwood’s beautiful grounds for engagement photo sessions
- Day-before rehearsals
- Unlimited, by appointment, vendor meetings
- A six-person golf cart available to assist our clients and their guests in traversing the property
Likewise, we’ve thought ahead to include several amenities that are often overlooked for budgeting purposes, but can quickly add up to the wedding costs:
- Permanent generators
- Permanent multi-stalled and climate controlled restrooms for all venues
- Ample and close in proximity parking with lighting and signage
- Parking attendants (not valet)
Lastly, we also offer our clients the use of our entire inventory of tables and chairs which include:
- Single purpose use of up to 200 white ceremony chairs
- Use of all available 6’ and 8’ banquet, 5’ round dining and 30” café/hightop tables
- No additional charge for the table & chair delivery, set up and take down
